【摘要】:(1)PEN1993-1-7providesbasicdesignrulesforthestructuraldesignofunstiffenedandstiffenedplateswhichformpartofplatedstructuressuchassilos,tanksorcontainers,thatareloadedbyoutofplaneactions.ItisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1993-1-1andtherelevantapplicationstandards.(2)Thisdocumentdefinesthedesignvaluesoftheresistances:thepartialfactorforresistancesmaybetakenfromNationalAnnexesoftherelevantapplicationstandards.Recommendedvaluesaregivenintherelevantapplicationstandards.(3)ThisStandardisconcernedwiththerequirementsfordesignagainsttheultimatelimitstateof:–plasticcollapse;–cyclicplasticity;–buckling;–fatigue.(4)Overallequilibriumofthestructure(sliding,uplifting,overturning)isnotincludedinthisStandard,butistreatedinEN1993-1-1.SpecialconsiderationsforspecificapplicationsmaybefoundintherelevantapplicationspartsofEN1993.(5)TherulesinthisStandardrefertoplatesegmentsinplatedstructureswhichmaybestiffenedorunstiffened.Theseplatesegmentsmaybeindividualplatesorpartsofaplatedstructure.Theyareloadedbyoutofplaneactions.(6)Fortheverificationofunstiffenedandstiffenedplatedstructuresloadedonlybyin-planeeffectsseeEN1993-1-5.InEN1993-1-7rulesfortheinteractionbetweentheeffectsofinplaneandoutofplaneloadingaregiven.(7)ForthedesignrulesforcoldformedmembersandsheetingseeEN1993-1-3.(8)ThetemperaturerangewithinwhichtherulesofthisStandardareallowedtobeappliedaredefinedintherelevantapplicationpartsofEN1993.(9)TherulesinthisStandardrefertostructuresconstructedincompliancewiththeexecutionspecificationofEN1090-2.(10)Windloadingandbulksolidsflowshouldbetreatedasquasi-staticactions.Forfatigue,thedynamiceffectsmustbetakenintoaccountaccordingtoEN1993-1-9.Thestressresultantsarisingfromthedynamicbehaviouraretreatedinthispartasquasi-static.
