【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsandprovidesguidanceforthetestingofmechanicalconnectorsforuseinpipelinetransportationsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesasdefinedinISO13623.ThetestsspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardareintendedtoformpartofthedesignverificationprocessforconnectors.Theyprovideobjectiveevidencethatconnectorsconformtoadefinedperformanceenvelope.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcovertheuseofdesignproceduresaspartofthequalificationprocessformechanicalconnectors,nordoesitaddressfabricationandqualitycontrol.However,itcanbeusedasinputtoaqualificationprocedure.Althoughitsprinciplescanbeapplied,thisInternationalStandarddoesnotaddressa)connectorsthataredesignedtorotateinuse,b)manifolds,c)topsidespipeworkorpiping,d)flanges,e)connectorsusedinpipelinesinstalledbyreelingorJ-tubepulls,f)factoryacceptancetesting,g)statisticalbasesforriskanalysis.

【摘要】:Manypetroleumproducts,andsomenon-petroleummaterials,areusedaslubricants,andthecorrectoperationoftheequipmentdependsupontheappropriateviscosityoftheliquidbeingused.Inaddition,theviscosityofmanypetroleumfuelsisimportantfortheestimationofoptimumstorage,handling,andoperationalconditions.Thus,theaccuratedeterminationofviscosityisessentialtomanyproductspecifications.1.1Thistestmethodspecifiesaprocedureforthedeterminationofthekinematicviscosity,,ofliquidpetroleumproducts,bothtransparentandopaque,bymeasuringthetimeforavolumeofliquidtoflowundergravitythroughacalibratedglasscapillaryviscometer.Thedynamicviscosity,,canbeobtainedbymultiplyingthekinematicviscosity,,bythedensity,,oftheliquid.Note1Forthemeasurementofthekinematicviscosityandviscosityofbitumens,seealsoTestMethodsD2170andD2171.Note2ISO3104correspondstoTestMethodD445.1.2Theresultobtainedfromthistestmethodisdependentuponthebehaviorofthesampleandisintendedforapplicationtoliquidsforwhichprimarilytheshearstressandshearratesareproportional(Newtonianflowbehavior).If,however,theviscosityvariessignificantlywiththerateofshear,differentresultsmaybeobtainedfromviscometersofdifferentcapillarydiameters.Theprocedureandprecisionvaluesforresidualfueloils,whichundersomeconditionsexhibitnon-Newtonianbehavior,havebeenincluded.1.3Therangeofkinematicviscositiescoveredbythistestmethodisfrom0.2to300000mm2/s(seeTableA1.1)atalltemperatures(seeand).Theprecisionhasonlybeendeterminedforthosematerials,kinematicviscosityrangesandtemperaturesasshowninthefootnotestotheprecisionsection.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
