【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60060isapplicabletocompletemeasuringsystems,andtotheircomponents,usedforthemeasurementofhighvoltagesduringlaboratoryandfactorytestswithdirectvoltage,alternatingvoltageandlightningandswitchingimpulsevoltagesasspecifiedinIEC60060-1.Formeasurementsduringon-sitetestsseeIEC60060-3.ThelimitsonuncertaintiesofmeasurementsstatedinthisstandardapplytotestlevelsstatedinIEC60071-1:2006.Theprinciplesofthisstandardapplyalsotohigherlevelsbuttheuncertaintymaybegreater.Thisstandard:·definesthetermsused;·describesmethodstoestimatetheuncertaintiesofhigh-voltagemeasurements;·statestherequirementswhichthemeasuringsystemsshallmeet;·describesthemethodsforapprovingameasuringsystemandcheckingitscomponents;·describestheproceduresbywhichtheusershallshowthatameasuringsystemmeetstherequirementsofthisstandard,includingthelimitssetfortheuncertaintyofmeasurement.
