【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728isapplicabletoanycablenetwork(includingindividualreceivingsystems)havingintheforwardpathacoaxialcableoutputandprimarilyintendedfortelevisionandsoundsignalsoperatingbetweenabout30MHzand3000MHz.Thisstandardspecifiesthebasicmethodsofmeasurementoftheoperationalcharacteristicsofcablenetworkhavingcoaxialcableoutputsinordertoassesstheperformanceofthesesystemsandtheirperformancelimits.Allrequirementsrefertotheperformancelimits,whichshallbeobtainedbetweentheinput(s)totheheadendorheadendsandanysystemoutletwhenterminatedinaresistanceequaltothenominalloadimpedanceofthesystem,unlessotherwisespecified.Wheresystemoutletsarenotused,theaboveappliesatthesubscriber’sendofthesubscriber’sfeeder.Alsotherequirementswhichareobtainedbetweentheinput(s)totheheadendorheadendsandanyhomenetworkinterface(HNI)aregiven.NOTE1Methodsofmeasurementdescribedinthisstandardareconsideredasbasic.However,anyequivalentmethodthatensuresatleastthesameaccuracymaybeused.NOTE2Ifthesystemoperatorwishestosubdividethesystemintoanumberofpartsorwishestousedifferenttransmissionmedia(forexample,coaxialcabling,balancedcabling,opticalcabling),theaccumulationofdegradationsshouldnotexceedthefiguresgiveninthisstandard.NOTE3SystemperformancerequirementsofreturnpathsaswellasspecificmethodsofmeasurementfortheuseofthereturnpathsincablenetworksaredescribedinIEC60728-10.Clause5definesthesystemperformancelimitswhichwill,withanunimpairedinput,(headendinputsignal),producepictureandsoundsignals(atsystemoutlets)wheretheimpairmenttoanysingleparameterwillbenotworse,innormaloperatingconditionsforanyanaloguechannel,thanGradefouronthefive-gradeimpairmentscalecontainedinITU-BT500-10.Fordigitallymodulatedsignals,thequalityrequirementisaquasi-error-free(QEF)reception.AppropriateperformancerequirementsforthesignalsatthereceivingantennassitearegiveninClause6inordertoprovideattheinputoftheheadendofthecablenetworkbothanalogueanddigitaltelevisionsignalswithsuitablequality.Clause7isapplicabletohomenetworks(includingthoseofindividualreceivingsystems)usingcoaxialcables,balancedcablesoropticalcablesandprimarilyintendedfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservices,operatingbetweenabout30MHzand3000MHz.Thisclause,consideringthebasicoperationalcharacteristicsofahomenetwork,specifiestherequirementswhichshallbeobtainedatthehomenetworkinterface(HNI)takingintoaccounttheperformancerequirementsgivenatthesystemoutletorattheterminalinput.
