【摘要】:EN50306-4specifiesrequirementsfor,andconstructionsanddimensionsof,multicoreandmultipaircablesrated300Vtoearth,ofthefollowingtypes:-unscreened,sheathedforeitherexposedorprotectedwiring(0,5mmto2,5mm,numberofcoresfrom2to48);-screened,sheathedforeitherexposedorprotectedwiring(0,5mmto2,5mm,numberofcoresfrom2to8);-screened,sheathedforeitherexposedorprotectedwiring(0,5mmto1,5mm,numberofpairsofcoresfrom2to7).NOTE1Notallconductorsizes/numberofcoresarespecifiedforeverytype.Allcableshavestrandedtinnedcopperconductors,halogen-free,thinwallthicknessinsulationandstandardwallthicknesssheath.Cabletypesarespecifiedforuseinexposedsituations(ClassE),andforprotectedsituations(ClassP).Theyareforuseinrailwayrollingstockasfixedwiring,orwiringwherelimitedflexinginoperationisencountered.Therequirementsprovideforacontinuousoperationallifeattemperaturesof90℃or105℃dependentuponthesheathsystemtype.NOTE2InEN50306-4thehighertemperatureratingof105℃isonlyallowedwheresheathtypeS2isused,andwhereithasbeenspecificallytestedforthehigherrating(i.e.bylong-termthermalendurancetestingtodemonstratealifetimeofatleast20000hat125℃).Themaximumtemperatureforshort-circuitconditionsof160℃isbasedonadurationof5s.ThecablesspecifiedinEN50306-4whichhaveasheathoftypeEM101,EM103orS2materialaresuitableforoperationattemperaturesaslowas-25℃andthosewithsheathoftypeEM102orEM104materialaresuitableforoperationattemperaturesaslowas-40℃.NOTE3WherefueloilispresentsheathtypesEM101andEM102arenotsuitable.NOTE4S2materialmayalsobesuitableforoperationaltemperaturesaslowas-40℃,butifsomustbetestedaccordinglytoconfirmthis.Underfireconditionsthecablesexhibitspecialperformancecharacteristicsinrespectofmaximumpermissibleflamepropagation(flamespread)andmaximumpermissibleemissionofsmokeandtoxicgases.TheserequirementsarespecifiedtopermitthecablestosatisfyHazardLevels2,3or4ofEN45545-1.NOTE5RequirementsfortheemissionofsmokeandgasesarenotspecifiedforcablesusedforHazardLevel1ofEN45545-1.NOTE6EN45545-1isstillunderdevelopmentandshouldbeconsulted.EN50306-4shouldbeusedinconjunctionwithEN50306-1,Generalrequirements,EN50306-2,Singlecorecables,andEN50306-3,Singlecoreandmulticorecables.note:2)Atdraftstage.
